Privacy Notice
The Fein Letter
When you subscribe to The Fein Letter we collect your email address, the date and wording of your consent, the page you subscribed from and your browser language. We use this solely to send the newsletter you asked for.
Legal basis
We process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
Storage and sharing
Subscriber records are stored in Fein’s secured database and are accessible only to authorised Fein administrators. We never sell your data. If we later use a professional email delivery platform, it will act as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Retention
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, plus a short period to evidence consent where required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe, email info@feinworld.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
